How to track your order

  1. Go to our order tracking page

  • Go to our “track your order “ page.

  • Enter your track and trace code in the tracking field.

  • Click on the track button to check the latest available updates on your shipment.

  1. Review shipment update

After entering the tracking code, you will be provided with details:

  • Current location of your package

  • Estimated Delivery Date

  • Delay in any possible delay or distribution process

  • Please note that when we try our best to provide up-to-date information, the tracking system will show the latest available details from the shipping carrier.

Email and SMS notifications for order updates

To keep you informed, we send the necessary updates about your order through email and SMS, including:

Order confirmation – Once your order is successfully placed

Shipment confirmation – when your order is sent and on its way

Distribution Status – Any change or important updates related to your delivery
